Ontario Fire Protection Grant for Firefighter Cancer Prevention
Grant Funding for Vehicle Exhaust Extraction & Firefighter Safety Across Ontario
Protecting your firefighters from the dangers of diesel exhaust is critical—and now it’s easier with the Ontario Fire Protection Grant for cancer prevention. This provincial funding program helps municipal fire departments invest in vehicle exhaust extraction systems, PPE upgrades, and turnout gear cleaning solutions.
At The Tin Knockers, we supply, install, and service Plymovent exhaust extraction systems and other clean air equipment that qualify for grant funding. We proudly support fire departments across Ontario, including communities such as Toronto, Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, Pickering, Bowmanville, and Trenton.
If your department is considering applying for the Fire Protection Grant, we can help you identify the right equipment, prepare your proposal, and ensure your team has long-term protection from cancer-causing diesel exhaust.
